职位名称Job Title:Customer Quality Technician客户质量工程师

内外联系Internal and External Contact:

1. 对外External: Customer and internal supplier 客户及内部供应商

2. 对内Internal: Test Lab / Design /Incoming inspection Lab / Prototype / Production 实验室、设计部门；进货检验实验室、样件及生产部

主要职责Key Responsibilities:

1. Work for field return parts remanufacture, include primary inspection, and record the information, use computer to record error codes and flash ECU software.

处理售后市场退件，包括初步检查，信息记录，使用电脑记录故障码和刷新ECU软件。

2. Assist CQE to analyze 0km/field failure returns.

协助工程师分析0km和售后失效件。

3. Assist CQE to verify the actions according to potential root cause.

根据潜在失效原因，协助客户质量工程师验证相应的改进措施。

4. Assist CQE to work for SAP FC notification.

协助客户质量工程师完成SAP的FC订单维护。

5. Statistic customer relative data and finish the regular reports.

统计和维护客户相关数据，并完成例行报告。

6. Work for quality claim at customer side if needed, like sorting / rework, and so on.

有时需要到客户工厂处理问题，如筛选或返工等。

7. Finish the task which arranged by leader.

完成上级交办的其他任务.

职位任职条件Basic Requirements:

1.工作经历Working Experience:

A minimum of two years related working experience in quality or testing, better in vehicle industry.

至少两年以上（汽车行业）质量或测试相关工作经验

2. 教育水平Education:

Education of college school or above related to mechanical or electrical background.

大专及以上，机械或电子类专业

3.计算机水平Computer:

Good in MS Office software , better to have knowledge of SAP

熟悉办公软件的操作，了解SAP

4.英语水平English:

English knowledge, able to read simply English drawing and report.

基本英语理解，能够阅读简单的英文图纸和报告。

5.职位任职者需要展现的专业能力Professional Skills and Abilities

Good communication and study capability is required 有较强的沟通和学习能力

To be familiar with quality tools熟悉质量工具

Vehicle knowledge is required, better to have driver license 有车辆相关知识，最好有驾照

6.特殊要求Special Requirements:

Business trip temporary acceptance
