Salesman of glass technology for construction
for a foreign company - JB 86 :
(native Chinese , fluent English ) , Shanghai
A foreign company with global operations which develops glass machinery systems for architectural applications and lead the market with worldwide success is expanding in China and looking for a Presale of building materials to join the china team which is located in shanghai.
Job Description:
- Supporting glass factories who use the subject technology in getting project leads from architects and construction companies, training and guiding their sales people.
- Traveling around China, introducing the technology to architects, interior designers, curtain wall companies and real estate developers - set meetings, performing presentation, developing projects leads for using the subject technology and follow up.
Requirements:
Qualified candidate shall fulfill:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or marketing of high level building materials to architects and construction industry - A must
- Bachelor degree, preferably architect / interior design
-Traveling 50-60% of the time in China , traveling abroad once a year.
-Native Chinese, Native Level English ( being able to give a 5 minutes presentation in English )
-Self-motivated and independent
-Self-confident to approach key positions and organizations
-Ability to present in front of an audience, to inspire and attract
Additional Details
-The position includes frequent traveling in china
- The salary is composed of competitive salary + quarter and annual bonuses.
- The candidate shall reside in shanghai - The office location is Xuhui
-The candidate shall be able to provide reference to talk with from previous employment
