Responsibilities职责:
1、 Develop the brand positioning,values, and messaging for casino games that are unique and differentiated,encompassing strategic growth areas.
发展品牌定位,价值,将我们的赌场游戏发展为独特的差异化产品,包含策略性增长地区;
2、 Define and oversee the execution of marketing strategy for new game launches with multi-channel touch points.
定义,监督并执行新游戏在多个平台接触点发布的市场策略;
3、 Be the voice of the customer as we continue developing our game and enter new markets.
随着产品不断发展以及进入新市场,成为用户的代言人;
4、 Develop innovative and data driven cross promotion programs to increase retention and monetization.
通过发展创新及数据驱动的市场活动,提高留存率和货币化;
5、 Increase engagement and monetization through messaging strategy,promotions strategy,and incentives program,encouraging players to come back.
通过消息传递和活动策略提高参与度和货币化,激励并鼓励玩家重返游戏;
6、 Create Lifecycle programs to reach new users as well as lapsed users.
创建生命周期项目以此获得新用户及重获流失用户;
7、 Manage outbound retention and reengagement efforts via Email,App to user notification on Facebook, and Push notification on mobile.
通过邮件,Facebook 平台的通知,手机上的推送通知,取得外部留存率及重返率;
8、 Build cross-functional teams and drive decisions informed by data.
建立跨功能团队并通过数据做出决策;
9、 Thrive on balancing strategy,creativity and analytics to delight customers and view your activities through a customer-centric lens.
通过平衡策略,创造力和分析数据来取悦玩家,并站在玩家的角度制定活;
10、Responsible for strategy, segmentation, execution and management Implementation & Deployment.

Position Requirements职位要求:
1、 Minimum of 5 years of relevant CRM and leadership experience.
至少五年相关的客户关系管理和管理经验;
2、 Bachelor’s Degree.本科学历
3、 Interest in the online games industry.对在线游戏产业感兴趣;
4、 Experience in a fast-moving consumer facing industry working in targeted/database marketing,driving strategies across channels.
在目标/数据库市场这样的快速市场,及各个渠道制定用户策略的工作经验;
5、 Understanding of methodologies used in CRM,such as customer segmentation,targeting,incremental performance reporting and variant testing.
了解客户关系管理方法,如客户分类,目标客户,增量绩效报告和差异测试;
6、 Experience with Responsys and/or push notification platforms a plus.
有Responsys或推送平台工作经验的更佳。
