Responsibilities:
1.Plan and execute overall eCommerce technical strategy. Provide leadership and strategic direction in the areas of eCommerce platform and technology
2.Partner with business teams on merchandising, marketing and operations, to ensure effective execution of the eCommerce Strategy
3.Create and manage IT budget and execution

4.Design and setup a unified framework to connect different external eCommerce platform with internal IT system. In the long run to setup own vertical online shop.
5.Manage 3rd Party relationships and programs that add features and capabilities to support the eCommerce strategy
6.Work closely with business team, outside service partner to merchandise the site and promote product launches
7.Evaluate emerging digital technologies (especially for product 3D virtualization) and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
8.Optimize virtual shop design and layout to promote a premium customer experience
9.Partner with Online Marketing team's on third party platforms to ensure all promotional opportunities and events are fully supported and executed

Job Requirements:
1.IT related education background
2.7 years of consumer retail eCommerce project experience, preferably experience in optical business
3.Strong experience of IT Infrastructure, Management System, and Reporting
4.Knowledge of online retail, direct response and eCommerce best practices
5.Familiar with mainstream eCommerce platform (TMall, JD, etc.)
6.Experience of mobile app delivery
7.Experience of promotion on socialization tools (Webo, Wechat, etc)
8.Experience of supply chain management
9.Exceptional planning and project management skills
10.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
11.Able to effectively interact with cross functional teams and outside vendors
12.Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English
