Nosh was founded in 2011 in Shanghai. We now operate two delivery-only restaurants, with plans of opening more shops and new concepts. Our vision is to be Shanghai’s most reliable western food-delivery service. We are building a company where people can order food knowing that they will receive safe, tasty and clean food, with fast delivery. We only use fresh, high quality ingredients, and we put great focus on having a clean work environment.Hotline Supervisor
At Nosh Delivery we are expanding our business and increasing the amount of daily orders, to keep up with this we are looking to establish a phone hotline which will be a vocal point between our customers, stores as well as an opportunity for Nosh to improve our service level even further.

The Job
The job is diversified between phone service assignments, staff supervision, administrative duties and project execution. Since the hotline is a new unit in our business, you will have a great impact on the related processes and be responsible for recruiting staff for your team.
The position is based at our office in Xiangyang Lu, close to metro line 1 and 10, where you will be working closely with our admin and the management team. We offer a good salary and full benefits along with a good and flexible working environment.
We have a diversified customer base, but many are English speaking which is a key requirement in this position

The Right Candidate
First of all we are looking for a colleague with a strong service attitude and cheerful personality, however you also need good organizational skills to handle the staff supervision, shifts scheduling and process improvement projects. Further, we are serving a diversified customer base with a majority of English speakers, so you must be fluent in both English and Chinese.
