Job Responsibilities:
1. Control process of grinding, packing of power, and yield loss to batch level, reduce miller’s down-time

2. Track daily production to meet shipment plan, improve quality, optimize powder production to increase throughput

3. Train up operators to improve their skill and know-how

4. Coordinate project tasks for Grinding Workshop, participate as an active team member with other Engineers, Purchasing, technical expert to complete projects quickly and cost effectively.

5. Implement and enforce the safety work regulation in Grinding Workshop; create, update and maintain work instructions, ensure all SOPs and EHS requirements are properly followed

6. Develop and establish the manufacturing system and processes and most efficient and effective production

7. Assist in new product trials, and other ad.hoc project assigned by the production manage

Position Requirements:

·Bachelor Degree,more than 5 years experience in production, mechanical or Engineering background is required
· Be familiar with production line, PID, PLC or DCS system

· Experience of team management, be able to lead shift leader and operators effectively
· Good spoken and written English
· Able to prioritize, manage multiple projects and work to a schedule
