Key Responsibilities:
- Create new business at current customers under the responsibility of the Sales Account Manager.
- Nurture and improve the relation at current customer with all departments in order to maintain current business.
- Create new business at new customer together with Sales Account Manager in Baoding and Beijing region.
- Acts as the local interface in-between customers and L&L Products; includes emergency issues treatment on delivery, quality...under guidance from the company;
- Liaison for the PD team for OEMs in Baoding, Tianjin and Beijing region; includes Customer technical support on site.
- Liaison for Purchasing/Manufacturing/Logistic to monitor and ease the work flow with our supplier located in Baoding, Tianjin and Beijing region;
- Supplier monthly check for physical stock, and situation of production, shipment, and offer general guidance to suppliers etc.
- Co-ordination to make work flow clearly and easily @ whole local supply chain covering Heat-bond, Injector, Tier-1, OEM, 3rd part of Logistics, also internal functions within customer/supplier sides since new project launching; Monitor company's asset and those outsourced processes in local area
- Reworking and organizing the rework by finding proper source etc.
- Update to related leaders timely with suggestions
- Other tasks required by superior.
Requirements:
- University degree or above in mechanical engineering, material engineering or related degree desired;
- At least 5 years working experience with minimum 3 years relevant work experience in sales position in automotive parts industry, experience with GWM is a plus;
- Has technical work experience in mechanical, engineering or project management;
- Familiar with the automobile industry and sales process;
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills and acting as a powerful team player;
- Business-mindset and able to work independently
