Job Responsibility:
l Communicates with customer for regulatory and organizational requirements to assure product quality, contract compliance and customer satisfaction;
l Oversees the effective documentation and implementation of the quality management system to assure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements and the standards set by corporate/division policies;
l Works with functional team to ensure that individuals are well trained and be able to demonstrate the appropriate skills and drive results;
l Deals with customers complaints of internal, external and oversea division;
l Coordinates with both internal and external audit;
l Be in charge of quality system effectiveness & follow up the quality improvement plan;
l Investigates the result of internal and external audit & follow up the correct measure;
l Implements the performance measurements necessary to effectively evaluate organizational performance and trends in product quality, services, customer satisfaction and the cost of poor quality;
l Collaborates with Purchasing on the development and implementation of a supplier management strategy;
l Assess supplier capabilities and monitor supplier quality to ensure desired levels of performance;
l Collaborates with Engineering on new product development and design review for quality/reliability issues.
Qualifications:
l Bachelor degree of Engineering or Mathematics related;
l 7~10 years of Quality, Engineering or related experience. 5~7 years of quality management experiences;
l Experience in ISO 9001, QS-9000, TS 16949 and other related quality system, qualified auditor license is a plus;
l Experience with quality improvement tools and techniques (i.e., Lean, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis);
l Good written and spoken English;
l 6 Sigma green belt or above is required.
