管理职责：
1. 对生产使用中的设备制定计划检修任务书.
2. 安排维修生产流程设备出现的所有故障.
3. 对维护工作并作好记录的管理.
4. 巡视检查所有的生产设备以做好预防性检修.
5. 提出合理化建议，不断对生产设备进行改进, 以保证设备运行的稳定性.

6. 并能有效的应用管理工具, 降低设备的故障频度, 确保完好率.

7. 对维修人员及维修业务能进行有效的管理.

任职资格：
1. 大学专科以上机电一体化专业.
2. 有5年以上机修工作经验,.

3. 有简单机械装置设计能力和电气原理分析应用能力,懂液压和气动结构及原理.

4. 能掌握CAD制图工具, 有设计、绘制机械零件图纸能力.

5. 有一些设备安装及厂房建筑维护的经历.
6. 有技术岗位机械修理技师等级资格证书和电工操作证.

7. 有较强的动手维修能力.

8. 有一定的英文外语基础能力.

9. 年龄以40岁以下为宜, 综合能力强的可适度放宽.
