Java开发高级顾问/团队组长
工作描述：
1. 利用丰富的电子商务相关知识和经验，带领团队，按照客户需求，开发电商整体解决方案；
2. 应对从小型到大型电商项目中的技术问题；
3. 发挥领导力，准确分析客户需求，制定方案；
4. 根据产品性质，进行Java/J2SE/J2EE等相关技术的开发；
5. 带领初级开发人员，分配和指导工作进行。
任职要求：
1. 本科或以上学历，计算机等相关专业，5年以上Java开发经验；
2. 可以带领2-5人的团队进行开发工作；
3. 熟练掌握J2EE框架，熟悉开源框架技术(SPRING MVC,SSH,SSI)；
4. 有很强的分析能力和设计能力；
5. 丰富的编程经验，例如JQuery, JavaScript等；
6. 熟悉SQL，具有oracle, sql server, my SQL等开发经验和专业的ORM技术，例如Ibatis/Mybatis , Hibernate；
7. 具有专业顾问精神，可以在压力下灵活工作，乐于奉献；
8. 很好的MS Office技巧 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)；
9. 有电商项目经验者优先。
Job Description
A Senior Java Team Leader has comprehensive knowledge of a particular e-commerce. This professional assists with developing e-commerce solution content for proposals. A Senior Java Technical Leader will have assignments for which she/he is responsible for managing smaller projects or a component of a larger project.
Roles/Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
? Provides team leadership.
? To analyze requirements and write design or program specifications.
? To code Java/J2SE/J2EE applications to implement product features.
? To guide and support junior developers.
Requirement
? Education
Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology or related major.
? Consulting skill and experience:
Typically has over 5 years of java development experience
Ability to lead a team with 2-5 members for component developing
Solid experience in J2ee framework, Familiar with open source frameworks(SPRING MVC,SSH,SSI)
Demonstrable Skills in Object Oriented Analysis and Design Patterns.
Solid experience in web programming, Such as JQuery, JavaScript, etc.
Familiar with SQL Skills, Has development experience with oracle, sql server, my SQL. Master relevant ORM Skills, such As Ibatis/Mybatis , Hibernate
Strong sense of professional responsibility, flexibility under work pressure and desire to contribute
It’s Better to have experience of Internet or e-commerce projects
? Generic skill:
Excellent MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project required)
