Responsibilities: -
Reporting to commercial director,
? Daily management and co-ordination of sales projects and orders
? Communication with key customers to manage sales initiatives and increase sales orders
? Working closely with our merchandising/purchasing, QA and artwork teams to collate products and prices required by customers and managing the internal sales process to a positive outcome.
? Problem solving, negotiation with customers and vendors on production and shipping dates.
? Management of individual customer product pricing and profitability.
? Produce customer quotations in Excel and PowerPoint format for presentation to customers
? Produce monthly KPI reports for internal management

Required: -
? Process orientated thinking and organized working style required to manage multiple projects in a timely and controlled manner.
? Clear communication skills.
? Excellent computer skills, particularly with Excel, Word and PowerPoint software
? High level of customer and service focus
? Team player
