职位描述
招聘职位：招聘专员/助理（Recruiter）
工作地点：上海
专注行业：计算机行业
工作内容：
- 在主管的指导下，分析客户需求、制定人才寻访计划并付诸实施；
- 通过各种途径及方法（人才库、网站及Cold Call等）完成候选人搜寻工作；
- 对候选人进行初步筛选和评估；
- 为主管提供候选人联系信息或者简历；
- 候选人面试安排及协调；
- 协助主管跟踪项目进度；
- 整理候选人搜寻报告及猎取总结，完善猎取方法；
- 能完成主管分配的工作任务与指标；
- 把所有客户信息、职位信息、猎取总结与候选人简历等资料整理并录入公司系统。
职位要求：
- 勤奋、好学、悟性高，擅于进行信息处理，有很强的探索能力，有很强的韧性和忍耐力，擅于接受挑战，能够独立开展工作；
- 良好的沟通能力以及亲和力；
- 责任心强，能承受较大的工作压力；
- 有1-2年以上工作经验，做过人力资源招聘、销售类工作或者有猎头公司相关任职经验者优先考虑；
- 本科以上学历，高科技、IT、电子及通讯相关专业毕业优先考虑；
- 英语听说读写熟练；
- 熟练运用互联网及Microsoft Office软件。
