Objective of job:
Analysis of dealer and district sales performance
Assist in preparing management report and other report routinely
Formulate sales KPI based on the data collection and follow up it
Dealer incentive programs planning and execution

Functionality Skills and Technical skills
Excellent skills working with Microsoft Office applications (namely Microsoft Excel and PPT)
Good skills with SPSS, Eviews and SAP practice

Mgt and Leadership Skills
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to persuade and influence people
Ability to develop good working relationships and be a sound team player

Experience and education
At least Bachelor degree with mathematics, statistics, econometrics, economics, finance or business
Minimum 2 years working experience in the analytical function
Automotive and consultancy background would be a strong plus
