工作地点：长宁区红宝石路500号东银中心A座12楼，地铁10号线伊犁路站3号下，步行10分钟即到
Objective of Job:
Support APAC ICT group as administrative assistant. In addition, manage invoice approvals, TA and expense report approvals. Work with all APAC Leadership members to manage the TP programming and schedule.
Major Task Description:
1.Manage TelePresence room scheduling and resolve conflict issues across all Leadership members including GEC
2.Develop presentations based on guidelines provided, arrange for translation into local language
3.Assist with calendar scheduling of ICT department head and direct reports as required
4.Verify goods receipt and invoices for all ICT payments, obtain managers approval and process with Finance for payment
5.Expense report check as required
Qualifications:
1.Functionality Skills and Technical skills
* Communications skills in English & Chinese, writing skills to assist with PPT preparing and e-mail
* Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
* Interpersonal Skills-Having the ability to interact with all levels of management including top leadership
2.Experience and Education
* Bachelor degree in Science or equivalent
* 2-year experience in similar position
