职位描述
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above major in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering related;
2. Min. 3 years working experience in automotive engineering organization;
3. Have knowledge of TS16949, QS 9000, ISO 14001 policies and procedures which include APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow, Statistical Methods (SPC) etc.
4. Have automotive metal knowledge, can select right material or do material substitution;
5. Be familiar with automotive metal forming part design and manufacturing.
6. Have knowledge about CAE and testing;
7. Be capable to use CATIA and UG software;
8. Good English communication skills both on oral and writing
9. Good teamwork
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for SOR clarification and communication with customer;
2. Be responsible for the product development whole process, start from early input review, design review, prototype, DV, OTS, PPAP and PV.
3. Work with project manager to attend regular meeting with customer to update them product development status and maintain product development open issue list;
4. Develop and maintain BOM,GD&T development with Catia and/or UG;
5. Direct designer to achieve high quality, manufacturability product.
6. Release designs for tooling and production.
7. Take the lead to implement Engineering Changes;
8. Works directly with customers to address and resolve technical issues and concerns as they arise.
