Qualifications:
1.Minimum experience of 5 years in similar position, preference in the automotive branch. 5年相关工 作经验，汽车行业优先； 2. Handling and programming of SLC500, PLC 5, Control logix 5000, TwinCAT, Compact Logix, Micro logix, Siemens 能熟练操作SLC500, PLC 5, Control logix 5000, TwinCAT, Compact Logix, Micrologix, Siemens；
3. Dominion communications networks Ethernet, device Net, Profibus, DH+, Net Control. 熟悉Ethernet, device Net, Profibus, DH+, Net Control网络架构连接；
4. Knowledge of MIG weld 熟悉弧焊；
5. Knowledge of controls and electrical sensors and electronic equipment of security 。 熟悉控制系统，电气传感装置和电子安全设备；
6. Knowledge of actuators, Drives and servo drives, 熟悉激励和伺服驱动系统；
7. Knowledge and development of applications HMI AB and Siemens 熟悉并能开发优化应用HMI AB和Siemens系统；
8. Dominion in reading of electrical Diagrams American and European system 。 能看懂美标和欧标的电气图纸；
9. Collegial or above in mechanic or electrician. 机电大专或以上学历；
10.Good reading and oral English skill. 良好的专业英语阅读和口语能力；
11．Knowledge of Robot 熟悉机器人。
Responsibilities:
1. To permanently observe and to participate in the pursuit and application of the rules and policies of the company and those established according to the system of health, security, quality and environment. 持续理解并贯彻公司的相关规定和政策，并更据公司的相关规定和政策建立了完善的健康，安全，质量和环境体系；
2. To permanently observe and to participate in the pursuit and application of the Magna Chart principles. 持续理解并贯彻MAGNA员工宪章的相关规定和政策；
3. To give to support to the coordinators and maintenance personnel in the solution of critical Faults and development of logic in program of PLC and robot as well as continuous improvement to improve the efficiency in the productivity of the company. 给维修协调员提供在设备PLC逻辑程序及电器机器人方面的维修技术支持，分析解决问题。并且持续优化设备的生产效率；
4. Solution of repetitive PLC and robot faults and to redesign devices. 解决重复发生的PLC和机器人故障并优化；
5. Improvements to equipment like stations, subassembly and presses for its optimal operation 优化设备使处于最佳的运转； 6. Support in mechanical faults through PLC's and robot 对机械故障提供相关的PLC和机器人支持；
7. Administration of information and endorsements of programs and parameters 管理并备份程序及工艺参数；
8. Organization and update the drawing of Electrical. 负责管理电气图纸并及时更新；
9. Checklist for buy-off of new machines. 新设备电气部分的验收检查；
10. To select, to train, to motivate and to evaluate the personnel, to provide or to coordinate training to the personnel. 选择，培养，激励和评价人才，提供或协调培训；
11. To check the listings of spare parts with maximums and minimums. 检查备件的最高最低库存 ；
12. Organization and coordination as far as new projects. 组织并协调新项目；
13. Decision making in critical faults. 重大的故障的决策和评判；
14. To diminish idling in solution of faults. 减少故障造成设备的停机；
15. To review and to update the standards of construction of new equipment. 审查并更新新设备的标准。
