Key Responsibilities and Job Description
Re-engineer language packs into manageable formats
Server management
Versioning and Version control
Manage Translation Memories and Terms base
Prepare Localization kits in collaboration with the Project and QA manager
Work with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and help resolve localization engineering problems
Set-up build environment, build and debug localized applications
Design and implement tools and automations to optimize the localization and QA process
Constantly reassess processes, to ensure the optimal solutions are in place
Identify JIRA localization bugs and triage accordingly
Provides training and mentoring for other members of the team

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer science
Understanding of localization engineering processes and tools
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Knowledge of programming languages syntax such as Java, C++, C#, etc.
Knowledge of internet related technology (.NET, HTML, XML, PHP, APS)
Programming/scripting experience (VB, C++, Perl, Python or equivalent)
Perfect knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Good command of English language
Experienced gamer

Reality Squared Games (Hong Kong R2Games CO., LIMITED) is an international online game publisher specializing in micro-transaction-based, free-to-play browser games. Our primary responsibility as a publisher is to locate outstanding development teams and games that appeal to a wide audience. We enjoy working with teams who are able to think outside of the box and discover new and unique game ideas that are creative, profitable, and most importantly, fun for our players.

    As a publisher, it is our job to manage all marketing and PR for games, locate distribution channels, and carry out day-to-day operations including customer support, community management, promotion/event design and implementation, and, most importantly, ensuring profitability for everyone involved. Ideally, cooperating development teams should primarily focus on creating and maintaining an amazing product, leaving the rest to us.

5.除了对您兴趣的需求外，我们还需要您对于office办公软件能熟练运用，这 里“熟练”的意思是能顺利打开，并能无障碍完成工作，至于里面的功能，不 会的请找度娘或者谷哥；

6.既然是“人才”，那么，思维缜密、反应迅速、做事细心、表达和理解能力都 超一流，这些小case当然也不在话下了?
