岗位职责：1、 负责淘宝京东网店铺的内外部推广、提高网店点击率和浏览量；
2、 负责店铺的优化，包括宝贝标题、宝贝描述、卖点挖掘等，提高转化率；
3、 负责基于淘宝京东网站的网络营销及推广的方案制定并实施完成店铺销售目标；
4、 负责各类电商平台上的运营和管理，熟悉各渠道及店铺的后台各项操作；
5、 监控每日、周、月的营销数据、交易数据、商品管理。

任职资格：1、 熟悉各种线上活动的推广手段，并具备实际操作经验；
2、 会使用淘宝京东主要营销工具(直通车/淘客/钻石展位)来提升店铺流量；
3、 能独立完成网站前后台工作，熟悉互联网B2B、B2C网站的运营及推广营销；
4、 具有较强的数据分析能力，对店铺的IP、PV、销量、转化率等做出评估与分析；
5、 良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力，富有责任心、学习能力强能承担较大工作压力；
6、 为人诚实可靠、品行端正，热爱生活，心态积极，团队合作意识强；
7、 有运营、推广微信、微博、QQ空间经验， 或淘宝工作经验者优先。

工作时间：周一至周五，周六上午半天 法定假日正常休
