Experience and Special Skills 经验与能力需求：
1）Production: At least 3 years work experience in furniture industry; Familiar with furniture manufacturing technique and production process (wooden furniture & upholstered furniture), Read and understand technical drawings. Can design/make technical drawings by CAD is a plus.
生产：在家具产业至少三年的工作经验；熟悉家具（特别是木家具与软包家具）的制造技术与生产流程；能充分理解技术工程图。如果具备CAD绘图技术更佳。
2）QC: Familiar with QC, furniture materials, hardware, accessories. Be able to make QC report in bilingual.
质检：熟悉家具质检要求与流程、家具素材、硬装与配件等知识。具备提供双语（英语及中文）质检报告的能力。
3）Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills. Be able to follow-up and monitor Inquiry, Prototype and Production whole process independently.
善于沟通协调与谈判技巧。能掌握需求，并具备独立完成工作-追踪及控管订单等需求进度；样品、量产品生产流程的能力。
4）Had been a furniture project manager or furniture production engineer is Preferred.
曾担任家具产品经理或家具生产管理等职务更佳。
5）Good spoken and written English is a MUST.
需具备英语口语与书写能力。

Main Functions and Responsibilities 主要任务与责任:
1）Study all inquiry documents and drawings, Make Analysis, Prepare Inquiry Sheet and send to factories/suppliers for quotation. Check each quotation from factory carefully, Make sure all information are clear and correct then submit to Sales Department.
认真分析并掌握各需求的文件、图纸内容等资讯，准备相关文件向工厂或供应商询价。仔细检查跟比对个工厂的报价，提供准确的资讯供销售部门参考。
2）Projects Follow-up and Coordination from inquiry to delivery. Make sure all details in accordance with client’s requests and catch delivery time;
独立追踪及控管从发出订单需求至完成出货等流程；确保所有的细节符合客户需求并准时交货。
3）Prepare Purchase Contract and place order to factory and supplier.
准备采购合同并下单给工厂或供应商,确保对方收到正确的讯息。
4）Go to factory frequently to supervise production and carry out QC, submit Inspection Report timely.
经常到工厂监督生产流程及检查品质，定期提供质检报告。
5）Confirm packing method, Carry out Final Inspection and supervise container loading, Provide after service to customer.
确认家具包装方式，提供出货质检报告并监督家具装箱、上货柜等流程。为客户提供家具维修、保养等售后服务。
6）Execute other tasks assigned by superior.
执行其他领导指派的任务。
