职位描述：

1、根据项目要求，与需求负责人进行沟通，充分理解设计需求和意图，确保创意想法符合客户需求；

2、保证设计作品整体上的美观性，整体性，以及用户体验，保证产品出品质量，保证客户满意度；

3、负责企业招聘相关的视觉设计、物料设计、网页设计、移动端设计等；

4、负责公司安排的其它日常创意相关工作任务。

职位要求：

1、熟练运用Photoshop、Illustrator等设计软件；

2、具备出色的视觉、创意能力，追求细节，追求完美的视觉表现；

3、具有良好的团队合作精神、善于与人沟通、具备良好的时间管理能力，有一定抗压能力；

4、设计相关专业大专以上学历，2年以上平面设计、网页设计等相关工作经验（优秀应届毕业生可考虑）；

5、有4A和知名互动公司经验者优先考虑。
