一．工作综述（General description）

Process purchasing order in SAP according to purchasing plan, communicate with vendor about delivery schedule and specific requirements; follow the goods delivery and communicate with CS and warehouse on the delivery schedule; communicate with vendors and warehouse on the quality issues; raise payment request and fulfill the payment on time; set up the KPI for vendors and evaluate the vendors according to KPI on a monthly basis.

二．工作职责（Responsibilities）
1. Order processing
1.1. Maintain the purchasing price and source list on time according to sourcing document;
1.2. Maintain the material master data on time;
1.3. Process the purchasing order according to purchasing plan in SAP and send to vendor on time;
2. Delivery schedule follow-up
2.1. Check the delivery schedule with vendors and share the information with CS
2.2. Follow up the delivery plan and communicate with vendor and CS if there is change;
3. Quality/Quantity issue solving
3.1. Confirm the quality/quantity issue with quality engineer and warehouse and communicate with vendors on the issue solving;
3.2. Document the issue and include the issue in KPI calculation
4. Vender evaluation
4.1. Calculate the KPI on a monthly basis
4.2. Feedback the KPI to vendors and work with vendors to figure out a way to improve the KPI

四．所需资格条件（Qualifications）
1 College above degree, majored in Trading , Logistic or related area
2 At least 2 years experience in purchasing and inventory
3 Good communication skills
4 Project management skill
5 Sense of time management
6 Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with positive working attitude
7 Be familiar with excel
8 SAP experience is a plus
