职位描述
岗位职责
1、服装外贸开拓及管理职位，负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划，制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；
2、负责日常管理工作及下属员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
3、建立、优化公司贸易业务的操作流程及管理制度；
4、制订公司贸易业务的工作目标、工作计划并主导实施；
5、收集整理相关市场发展趋势、需求变化和客户反馈数据信息。
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，国际贸易、外贸英语类相关专业；
2、3年以上相关领域管理工作经验，有外企相关领域工作经历者优先考虑；
3、熟悉贸易工作的各项流程及相关法律法规，熟知贸易术语、物流、报关及税务知识；
4、具有较强的英文听、说、读、写能力，熟练操作电脑办公软件；
5、具有良好的管理、沟通、处理问题的能力，良好的谈判技巧，责任心强，抗压性强。
6、三年以上服装外贸企业实际工作经历。（&无服装企业经历请勿投递简历）
