Job Summary:
Provides high quality, timely development and on-time input for solutions of the industrial clients, especially manufacturing industries. Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions to leading small team.
Be part of the team in developing business proposals according to clients requirements by understanding client overriding issues, devising optimized approach, and outlining efforts/resources needed during the process.
Job Responsibility:
1. Under direct supervision, assists with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and the development of proposals and reports of cost effective solutions.
2. Assists project manager in developing detailed documentation and specifications.
3. Under close supervision, performs basic quantitative or qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions.
4. Assists project leader in designing and story boarding presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience.
5. Proactively develops a basic knowledge of consulting industrial market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities.
6. In some of the projects, steps up as project lead to take initiatives ensuring successful project delivery and happen clients
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Economic or Management related with 3 -5 years of working experience as consultant or analyst.
2. Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
3. Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline.
4. Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to strategy, portfolio and product area of manufacturing industry.
6. Effective time management skills
7. Deadline- and result-driven mindset
8. Good English skill.
