To meet the fast growth of the company, ICE China is now hiring experienced individual for the position of: Service Manager

Location: Pudong District, Shanghai

Reporting directly to: Managing Director China

Major Duties & Responsibilities
? Support customers and equipment sold in China.
? Communicate regularly with customers about actions under way and future.
? Feedback customers’ technical requests to HQ for improvements.
? Deploy corrective and preventive actions, improvements on equipment.
? Work with internal sales team and international colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the image of ICE.
? Develop services to profitable activities.
? Be responsible for organising, ordering and sales of spare parts, consumables, tools.
? Manage warehouse workers.
? Adjust the frequency and content of services to customer, to optimize costs, quality and duration.
? Set and control all documentation process.

Qualifications
? Education / Skills:
o Bachelor degree or above in mechanical field.

? Experiences:
o At least 10 years work experience in service function preferably in MNC in Construction/ Heavy industry.
o Experienced in supporting customers on-site with equipment sold in China.
o Experienced as contributor to sales activities by providing professional technical supports.
o Good understanding of construction machineries/ tools.
o Familiar with construction projects and sales process.

? Personality:
o Adaptive.
o Excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills.
o Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
o Capable of coaching and developing subordinates.
o Willing to take extra responsibilities and behave as a team player.
