Responsibility

1, Place purchase orders according to purchase requisition and follow up deliveries

2, Communicate and solve the delivery issue with suppliers

3, Communicate and solve the quality issue with suppliers

4, Handle payment issues for suppliers

5, Help sourcing manager to create and maintain MM and supplier info record in SAP system

6, Cooperate with sales team and production team to meet delivery target

7, Track supplier performance and communicate to sourcing managers

Qualification

1, College degree or above, more than 3 years’ purchase work experience in machine building, electronics, electromechanics or other industry

2, Good sense of cost, delivery and quality

3, Self-motivated

4, Team player

Skills

1, Good English language skills, both written and verbal

2, Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint

3, Experience in SAP is preferable
