工作内容：
1.Define the checking points and inspecting instruction according the different projects and products together with relevant people in Engineering , Project and R&D department in both China and Denmark.
协同中国本地工程项目管理部门及丹麦研发部门相关人员建立检验指导书，确认相关检查控制点.
2.Participate the project implementation and management and be responsible for the quality related process control. Timely report the identified risks and issues during the process to management level and make and implement the preventive and corrective actions together with relevant functions.
参与项目实施和管理，并负责质量相关过程控制。对过程中识别到风险和问题及时汇报管理层并协同相关部门制定并落实预防和纠正措施。
3. Implement the inspections for the incoming and out-coming goods, and the products which are produced in the third party.
负责来料及出货检验，以及在第三方生产的产品检验。
4. Collect the quality data to analyze the quality performance and work out the monthly quality report.
收集质量数据，分析质量指标，完成每月的质量报告。
5. Analyze quality problems and organize meetings/discussions for finding solutions.
分析质量问题，组织会议讨论并解决问题。
6. Lead the quality focus group meeting and follow up the corrective and preventive actions with other related department.
组织质量会议，并协同相关部门跟进后续纠改措施。
7. Cooperate with buyers to improve the quality performance from supplies.
协同采购改善供货质量。
8. Assist the department Manager for continuously improve the quality management system and product related process control.
协助部门经理持续改进质量管理体系及相关产品过程质量控制。
9. Compete the other tasks from Manager
完成领导安排的其他任务。


任职要求：
1.Bachelor or above, major in Electrical Automation or familiar with electric component.
本科及以上学历，电气及相关专业。
2.Good at English listening, speaking and writing.
良好的英语听说读写能力。
3.With team-work spirit and good at problem solving skill.
富有团队合作精神和独立处理问题的能力。
4.Good implementation degree.
良好的执行力。
5.Responsible, initiative, can withstand working pressure
富有责任心，有强烈的积极性，抗压力强。
6.At least 3 years working experience at quality or technical department in the electrical related industry.
至少三年以上质量管理或技术部门电气、控制器相关行业工作经历。
