Objectives:

• Be responsible for the achievement for the electrical
  & instrument project tasks including conception (frontend loading)
  basic and detailed design, construction, procurement and start-up.


• Planning and cost estimation for project tasks focusing
  on Instrumentation and will be assigned to project teams on request.


• Be responsible for technology support to existing plant
  operation, maintenance and optimization.

Main tasks:

• Establish specific know-how on electronic material
  producing instruments and process control.


• Establish local know-how and market contacts in the
  instruments and control discipline and support procurement to evaluate and
  establish vendor list


• Define the basic Instrumentation scheme with specific
  technology for Business Unit with following BASF design standards


• Review and finalize the instrumentation and process
  control design ;


• Responsible for cost estimation and procurement support
  for projects.


• Support and coordinate with other disciplines
  regarding electric & instrument issues;


• Monitor contractors or support complete
  planning/management for projects.


• Implement and supervise the field instrumentation works
  for construction, test & commissioning Track project-specific targets
  for the discipline within the framework of the project design and
  implementation into planning.


• Coordinate quality assurance for goods and services
  including but not limited engineering review and factory audit and site
  test.


• Provide technical supports for maintenance issue in
  plants and troubleshooting as local technology expertise.

Job Requirements:

• Working Experience: more than 8 years in chemical
  industry


• Technical & Professional Knowledge: Deep knowledge
  and rich experience with mechanical, electrical & instrumental and
  material science aspects in chemical engineering


• Education: Bachelor degree or above
