Main tasks:
? Responsible for process and follow up on daily orders according to company’s policy and procedures.
? Act as key contact to answer customer’s inquiries.
? Establish and maintain professional relationship with customers.
? Coordinate with relevant departments for customer complains.

Job Requirements
? College/ university graduate (with experience in performing similar functions with a multinational company more preferred);
? Good characters: pleasant, patient, diligent;
? Strong Customer Service Orientation and team work.
? Good Communication Skill.
? At least 2 years customer service experience in multinational companies.
? Good at English, Mandarin Chinese; CET 4 or above will be prefer
? Familiar with MS office and ERP system, SAP is a plus
