职位描述
任职要求：
1. Expert at ISO 9000/14001 , OHSAS 180001 Quality and EHS management System.
2. Be familiar with EHS related law and regulations.
3. Good inter-personal and communication skills.
4. Good system analysis and logic skill.
5. Knowledgeable on quality tools.
6. Knowledge in electronics industrial environment preferred.
职位职责：
1. Liaison with offshore plants to improve plant quality and EHS management system.
2. Lead plant wide process standardization and optimization through process identification, process mapping, risk assessment and error free approach.
3. Lead internal and external audits per master audit schedule including scheduling audits, report writing and non-conformances follow-up until final resolution.
4. Guide engineer staffs on EHS/ QMS/Cal & ESD & IQC Lab activities handling and improvement.
5. Guide staffs to initiate various promotion activities to improve employee QEHS awareness.
6. Manage continuous improvement projects regarding various cost saving initiatives and IDL productivity in QE/EHS sections.
7. Identify any problems relating to the product, process and quality system and facilitate continuous improvement.
8. Develop own department strategy, goals/KPIs linked with company strategy, goals/KPIs, and follow up actual performance.
9. Be responsible for QE/EHS team development and IDP follow up.
10. Other actions assigned by supervisor
