Movimoda Shanghai is an Italian reliable integrated logistics company specialized in fashion industry and trading. Movimoda manages the following processes with the support of advanced technologies in order to maximize flexibility and efficiency: Warehousing (domestic & bonded), Quality Control, Mending& Ironing, @-commerce.
Job Location
Yangshan / Lingang. The candidate needs to relocate in these areas, this is a must.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a junior warehouse manager, your role is to follow the project of one important client and support the warehouse manager.
More in details you will need to:
the resource after the training period has to be able to follow an important client, that means plan and complete all the operations on time (respect deadlines), update timely the client by email and gives feedbacks in case of request, manage the workers that follow the project.
Besides that, he has to support the warehouse manager in all the activities related to the general operation of the warehouse: be update about weekly forecast (incoming / outbound process), workers force planning, spaces occupation, supervise consumable material stock and prepare purchasing application to be approved by manager; participating in drafting SOP and train staff.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
the candidate (1) must have a good level of English language both written and spoken; (2) he has to be well organized and careful; (3) he has to have good ability in planning and schedule the main activities that have to be run in the warehouse (he will be trained); (4) it is required high sense of sacrifice and strong team working attitude.
WILL BE COSINDERED AS A PLUS:
? having already worked as warehouse responsible and/or coordinator
? previous experience in fashion industry is welcome
? having managedin past experience team group of about 10-20 persons
? being familiar with most common warehouse management system (WMS) and its logics
? understanding documents and procedures related with IN-OUT Bounded Warehouse flow management.
SALARY:
4000-5000 RMBNET (according with experiences).
