JD:

1/Manage incoming material control by inspectors using standard measurement instruments

2/Manage and control QC inspectors report of material controlled

3/Create and support in creation of incoming control grid

4/Support and when necessary train on drawing reading/understanding

5/Be proactive for QC improvement

6/Be proactive for supplier improvement

7/Be supoort to PQC,PRD,ENG

8/Be able to determine acceptance criteria of material

9/Support and manage inspectors in reject material

10/Support and manage inspectors during selection and / or rework material not in specification

11/Manage quality issue

12/Train inspectors

13/Manage and control IQC following ISO9001 standard

14/Report to QC Manager all daily issue

Required Knowledge:

1/Graduate in engineering or quality

2/Experience in working in Mechanical company

3/Experience in working in IQC or QC as QC manager

4/Good skill of English speaking/writing

5/Effective team work skills;excellent communication,interpersonal skills and leadership

6/Ability to work under pressure

7/Knowledge of MS OFFICE

Desirable knowledge:

1/Experience in compressor industry is an advantage

2/Knowledge and experience of casting,machining,motor and plastic is an advantage

3/Quality practices:FMEA,8D,CONTROL PLAN,SPC is an advantage
