Job Responsibility:

- Product technical support, including testing system and procedure design.
- Using the testing system to do analyze. Gather information for reporting.
- Troubleshooting skills enhancement to expedite the problems solving;
- Communicate with the vendor and help with problem shooting.
- Provide technical support to our client and sales team.


Qualification & Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
- 1 years testing working experience in IC testing and ROSA assembly
-Knowledge of Labview , CAD software is an advantage
-Experience of Die/Wire Bonding is an advantage
-Good command of English



主要职责：

- 根据产品要求，设计开发相应的测试系统, 制定测试流程.
- 利用测试系统，对样品进行光学,电学性能的测试，并采集整理测试数据，制作分析
评价报告.
- 与供应商进行沟通协调, 帮助供应商解决产品测试中遇到的问题, 以达到按时交货的
要求.
- 向客户和销售团队提供技术支持.

职位要求：

- 微电子, 信息电子, 物理,光电子等相关专业，本科及以上；
- 具有一年以上IC测试工作经验, 或者光接收组件(ROSA)组装以及测试相关的工作经
验;
- 要求有良好的解决问题的能力，良好的测试数据处理和分析技术, 以及独立开展工作
的能力;
- 会使用Labview软件进行自动测试系统开发的优先考虑;
- 会使用CAD软件进行工装夹具机械设计的优先考虑;
- 有Die/Wire Bonding经验的优先考虑;
