主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:
？ 1. 拓展课程及夏令营项目的市场营销工作：
？ 2. 制定和完成拓展课程及夏令营项目的营销计划和预算，并带领专员实施和执行。
？ 3. 与学校宣传部密切配合，完成拓展处所有项目的宣传品设计制作以及相关活动策划与执行。
？ 4. 管理和开发拓展处的招生数据库，完成以招生为导向的数据库营销工作。
？ 5. 研究市场及行业情况，尤其是海外市场的分析，协助市场开发以及宣传推广。

？ 1. Marketing of the enrichment program class and summer camps:
？ 2. Make plans and budget for enrichment program class and summer camps, and lead your subordinates to implement the plans.
？ 3. Co-work with the Communication Department to design the brochures and marketing activities.
？ 4. Manage and develop the enrollment data, complete the sales-oriented data base marketing.
？ 5. Marketing research, especially the overseas industry to help explore the overseas market.

？ 中学部寄宿制夏令营工作：
？ 1. 项目协调：制定项目工作计划，依据时间节点配合拓展项目处主任完成中学部寄宿夏令营的设计、
团队协调、财务管理等事宜。
？ 2. 营销招生: 根据时间节点推进寄宿夏令营的招生营销工作，完成预期招生目标。
？ 3. 项目运营：与中学部的学术协调员和寄宿负责人密切配合，有序完成寄宿夏令营期间的运营工作
？ 4. 项目跟进：项目结束后对项目进行跟进评估。

Responsibilities in the summer camps (boarding) in Secondary Campus:
？ 1. Program coordination: Work out the boarding summer camp action plan. Help Director of Extension Programs to design programs, build working teams, make financial plans and settle accounts.
？ 2. Sales and Marketing: Be responsible for the marketing and sales of the summer camp and archive the target of the recruitment.
？ 3. Program Operation: Work closely with the academic coordinator and residential director to complete the operation of the boarding summer camp.
？ 4. Program evaluation and follow-up


人员要求：

1. 本科或以上学历
2. 中英文听说读写熟练
3. 具有5年以上相关工作经验，熟悉海外教育市场或国际学校相关工作经验者优先
4. 敏锐的市场意识
5. 良好的沟通技巧及服务意识
6. 优秀的团队管理技巧
7. 良好的多任务处理能力及良好的抗压性
