Job Description:
? Work independently on project.
? Define the product requirement with purchasing manager and technical engineers.
? Prepare purchasing documents.
? Communicate/negotiate with the contractor/supplier according to the project requirement together with project team.
? Corporate with the suppliers to accomplish delivery as schedule, inspect quantity and quality.
? Other works related within purchasing area.

Qualification:
? Bachelor degree, mechanical/engineering background is preferable.
? At least 5 years’ purchasing experience, preferably in pharmaceutical/chemical industry.
? Strong negotiation ability, good interpersonal skills.
? Good command for both oral and written English, PC skills.
? Can go to other cities for site working if required.
