岗位职责：
1、负责协助完成办公资产、办公用品采购、维护和管理，统计行政费用的使用情况；
2、负责办公室房租、物业费、电费等的费用申请与支付；
3、负责行政备用金管理，办公用品、加班餐等日常报销；
4、负责办公环境（清洁卫生、绿植租摆等）的维护及管理；
5、负责公司会议和活动安排，筹备、组织公司活动；
6、辅助进行企业文化的建立和完善；
7、完成领导交办的其他事务。

任职要求：
1、全日制本科学历，财务管理、行政管理、工商管理等专业尤佳；
2、2年以上行政相关岗位工作经验；
3、思维敏捷、逻辑清晰、具备良好的亲和力及抗压能力；
4、优秀的语言及书面表达能力；
5、工作积极主动、责任心强，有行政服务意识；
6、有大局意识、团队合作精神。
