Responsibilities:
1 Process development, create the technical documents according to TS16949 requirement. (for example: Process flow chart / Work instruction etc.).
2 Tooling design and produce the prototype samples.
3 Arrange PPAP production.
4 Define and adjust the work cycle time and layout.
5 Calculate the machine capacity and create the investment plan.
6 Product process management, solve the tooling and process problem in the workshop.
7 Training the worker for the new products.
8 Communicate with Contitech Euro, introducing new technology

Requirements:
1 College degree of machinery or above, fluent speaking and writing English.
2 Have 4 years experience of related or similar process. (bending / end-forming / rolling / brazing )
3 Good knowledge of machining / hydraulic operation.
4 Good 3D graphics capability
5 Good knowledge of TS16949 / APQP.
6 Good communication with project team.
