工作职责

§ 负责PHP项目的分析设计、开发、测试及维护

§ 负责完成项目的设计与编写，参与程序模块的编写

§ 协助技术经理制订公司内部各类信息系统的开发管理规范，建立相关管理制度和质量标准

§ 完成公司领导安排的其它方面的工作

任职条件

§ ３年以上PHP开发工作经验

§ 精通 PHP,Framework开发经验,熟练使用 smarty, Zend Framework

§ 精通Html/CSS/Div布局,熟练使用 JQuery ,JavaScript,XML,AJAX

§ 精通 MYSQL,有 MySQL索引优化、查询优化和存储优化经验，具有丰富数据库建模设计经验

§ 熟悉面向对象的软件设计方法，对面向对象的设计模式有较深的理解并能熟练应用

§ 具有较强的英语阅读能力,较强自学能力，能够承受压力，一定的分析及解决问题的能力

§ 善于交流，勇于技术革新和创新，具有团队协作和敬业精神；具有较强的工作责任心和事业心

§ 有以下经验者优先考虑：
1.具有主流电子商务开源项目(Magento)的开发及使用经验
2.具有Drupal开源项目的开发及使用经验

Main Role & Responsibilities

· Work collaboratively within a growing technology team, developing innovative software approaches to retail e-commerce and content management

· Provide effort estimates and creative solutions to internal stakeholders such as design, advertising operations, and retail partners

· Defining the technical implementation strategy for new product initiatives and project specifications

· Write modular, scalable code to implement the technical development of all products, features and third party integrations

· Adhere to industry standard best coding practices, such as MVC design, OOP, and Agile development methods

· Follow the company’s core development guidelines for code documentation, deployment, testing, code check-in in and regression testing

· Keep user experience in mind while creating easy-to-use interfaces for both front-end users (readers) and back-end users (editors)

· Develop a user account system that can track activity and behavioral preferences, with the ultimate goal of providing more interactivity and customizability to visitors

· Develop content and retail publishing tools for a wide range of platforms, including mobile and tablet

· Work with project/account managers and clients to understand requirements and clarify conceptual needs for projects both small and large

· Design complex Web Application Architecture with low maintenance requirements

Qualifications Requirements

· Experience with object-oriented software development in PHP

· Experience working with databases (MySQL)

· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XML

· Familiar with JavaScript and AJAX

· Comfortable trouble shooting critical production issues

· Ability to produce clean, well-documented, efficient, and standards-compliant code - with an eye towards performance optimization

· Mentor Junior and Mid Level PHP Web Programmers

· Experience with Magento and/or Drupal

· Experience with a Javascript framework (JQuery, Dojo, MooTools, Prototype, etc.)

· Flex experience; Mobile app development experience
