职位描述:
工作范围
1、负责通过在线/网络／微信／邮箱等及时通讯沟通的方式为客户提供咨询，跟踪，解答等沟通咨询服务。
2、 倾听并记录客户的投诉与建议，超越职责范围不能处理的问题及时转交相关人员予以解决。
3. 线下客户到访洽谈沟通，协调公司资源满足客户需求；
4、负责完成上级领导交办的其它工作。

任职资格
1、 高中（含）及以上学历，男女不限；
2、.有过淘宝及其他线上客服工作经验者优先，了解线上等网络销售平台优先；
3、性格温和开朗，有较强的客户服务意识，较强的应变能力、口头表达与沟通能力；
4、熟悉使用WORD、EXCEL、PS等办公软件，打字速度50字/分钟以上；
5、勤奋踏实，良好的服务意识与团队合作精神
