职位描述

Position: Manager Finance & Controlling
Location: Beijing

Your Responsibilities:

1.
? Define finance and controlling business strategies and policies for VCRA, considering the legal framework and VWHQ / VGC internal policies, rules & regulations
? Supervise VCRA’s business and financial strategies, policies and procedures
? Determine business strategies, decisions and policies in the finance area
? Steer overall medium and long-term based financial strategy on VCRA’s long-term strategic targets (PR-Planungsrunde)
? Participate in company decision making

? Prepare and comment on VCRA’s Profit/Loss report as well as Company Balance Sheet
? Review financial content of contracts, propose improvements of contract content wherever needed
3.
? Oversee the financing, and operating finance
? Steer VCRA’s accounting within Chinese legal regulation and guidelines
? Ensure timely and accurate booking
? Ensure accurate and timely accounts payable and accounts receivable
? Ensure accurate and timely asset management
? Ensure accurate and timely tax and customer filings
? Supervise the Tax and financial audit for possible sub-JVs
? Guide financial analysis for managerial decision making
? Monthly and ad hoc financial reporting and general ledger structure

? Oversee the controlling area
? Coordinate and lead the financial planning processes with all related parties
? Manage the monthly revolving financial forecast, yearly budget and long term (PR-Planning) financial planning
? Steer the operational business on the controlling side
? Consolidate the financial data and ddevelop operating plans for the parties involved (Budget)
? Manage, control and approve budgets (VCRA’s cost center management) of parties involved
? Synthesize and compile the annual budget of VCRA and process monthly budget usage
? Monthly and ad hoc financial reporting and general ledger structure

5.
? Oversee financially new projects and their business planning
? Establish, implement and execute a project calculation module
? Monitor project calculations and propose improvement measures
? Steer project pricing process
? Approve target price setting of purchasing prices and follow up the progress of negotiation with related suppliers / vendors
? Optimize tax, duties and customs within the given law, regulation and guidelines by scenario planning import, localize and/or locally produced as buy or make decisions
? Manage, control and approve project budgets of parties involved

? Develop, implement, frequently updated and published VCRA’s “Price-book”; e.g. item-by-item price and margin by business channel partner
? Develop market price monitoring, analyze price changes and their impact on VCRA’s pricing policies, margins, …
? Develop and implement a price calculation module
? Initiate countermeasures in case of price erosion, manage and control effectiveness and efficiency of sales incentive programs
? Implement financial management and support sales channel partner
? Follow up the status of contract
? Check and update vendor master data in system

7. Oversee data collection and financial analysis to support dealers’ business operations

? Assure effective and efficient cash flow and treasury management
? Daily liquidity, cash flow and treasury management
? Secure timely and accurate cash and management
? Manage VCRA’s hedging strategy to adequately reduce financial risk
? Negotiate with financial institutions
? Build and maintain good relationships with government departments and banks
? Align with external audits, tax and customs authorities the respective monthly, quarterly or annual reports

9. Responsible for compliance with statutory and tax laws

? Supervise and optimize finance, controlling and operational business processes
? Implement updated and/or improved financial policies and procedures

? Create unique culture and sustainable growth working environment within the company
? Manage functional assignments to staff and monitor in terms of timing, cost and quality
? Define goals for assigned staff
? People development and motivation
? Responsible for advancing the performance of all team activities

12.
? Carry out specific duties related to the post holders’ roll according to his/her skills and experience
? Specify and monitor environmental, health and safety measures
? Advise other business disciplines and third parties (VWAG subsidiaries, Sales Channel Partners and other business partner) on request and in consultation with the parties connected

education:
? University degree

? 5 years of working experience in automotive sector of related functions with personnel responsibility
Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):
? English and Mandarin Chinese are essential, German advantageous
? IT: Microsoft Office
