职位描述
Position: Manager Sales Strategy
Location: Beijing
Your Responsibilities:
1.
? Supervise in-depth market, product, price and competitive analysis to recommend and approve product-, price- and sales strategies based on market insights
? Drive the strategic and operational planning process
? Manage the PR-Round cycle planning process, in case of conflicts, prioritize activities in order to ensure effective and efficient resources utilization and higher results
? Manage, execute and approve the strategic and tactical execution of the sales forcast, integration across functions and aligned with the defined sales strategy
? Establish a sales reporting system, analysis deviations of sales and marketing performance compared to budget, previous year, year to date, PR Round-data, project data and etc.
? Comment financial and sales performance, considering monthly ordering, tracking & tracing report, sales / stock, financial and market insight report
? Be the neutral interface between Sales Channel Partners demand and suppliers capacities

? Coordinate primary market research and analysis, ensure that research agencies; e.g. Volkswagen Research Center develops a appropriate, cost-effective and high quality work
3.
? Ensure that all annual and monthly KPI’s are clearly defined and communicated to the Key Account Manager, assure that performance is objectively analyzed and reported
? Lead and drive the sales forecast compliance according to the agreed sales strategy and sales planning
? Coordinate and supervise the sales order process, supply chain procress (tracking & tracing), globally and locally, from VCRA’s order placement until Warehouse-In aceeptance incl. related reporting
? Coordinate and propose special price requests in case of adjustments needed to the management

? Design, develop and implement a forecast and sales planning method and systematic
? Define, develop and implement a check point reporting system throughout the entire supply chain
? Coordinate and supervise the order process, including related system management (usage, trainings, access rights,...)
5.
? Create unique culture and sustainable growth working environment within the company
? Manage functional assignments to staff and monitor in terms of timing, cost and quality
? Define goals for assigned staff
? People development and motivation
? Responsible for advancing the performance of all team activities
6.
? Carry out specific duties related to the post holders’ roll according to his/her skills and experience
? Specify and monitor environmental, health and safety measures
? Advise other business disciplines and third parties (VWAG subsidiaries, Sales Channel Partners and other business partner) on request and in consultation with the parties connected

Education:
? Master in Business Administration or equivalent
Personal skills:
Open, enthusiastic, encouraging, creative and challenging – must be able to get out of the comfort zone

Working experience (in years):
? 5 years of working experience in automotive sector of related functions with personnel responsibility
Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):
? English and Mandarin Chinese are essential, German advantageous
? IT: Microsoft office, EASY-system
