Position: NSE Sales Engineer -Industrial Coating System Group

Report to: NSE China Sales Manager– Industrial Coating System Group
Location: Guangzhou
Job Summary:
Take full responsibilities for NSE sales activities within assigned area to meet sales targets and improve sales revenue.
Responsibilities
Implement sales strategies made by head office and achieve sales target set by company.
Practice core value behavior; customer focused and competitive mindset (ownership, proactive, take one step in advance).
Monitor market and competition developments and trends, including win-loss data and feedback to sales.
Obey company policy and internal processes on sales to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Obtain market intelligence and help sales manager formulate sales policies/strategies.
Develop market on a need basis, monitor and evaluate activities and products of competitors and recommend counter measure.
Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor degree or above with Mechanism/Electronics/Chemistry major.
Work Experience:
At least 5 years working experiences in industry machine/equipment or adhesive/cold material sales/marketing, working experience in MNC is preferred.
Other Qualifications
Good at English in verbal and oral.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, motivational skills.
Strong analytical and Computer Skills.
Proactive and aggressive in business, Self-driven and result oriented.
Integrity, hard working, self-motivated, open-minded, strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
Strong believer in teamwork and team spirit.
