Job Responsibility：

1. Management of Labor contract, handling new employees' entry and resignation procedures

2. Support internal recruitment job: Post JD, Screening CV, arrange interview time

3. Attend campus recruitment, interview intern and junior positions

4. New comer welcome kits preparation and release

5. Update HR reports: personnel profile, company directory, daily attendance reports, Leave records and OT reports, etc.

6. Handle Shanghai Resident Card for migrant employees, Visa for foreign employees

7. Organize and arrange training and internal activities

8. Contact closely with HRO company

9. Complete other admin stuff assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Above collage degree with 2+ years HR working experience

2. Be familiar with office softwares, Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

3. Good command of English both speaking and written, at least CET-6 level

4. Easy-going, responsible and good team work spirit.

2. 参与校园招聘，实习生和低级别岗位的面试；

3. 负责员工劳动合同管理，办理员工录用、劳动合同签订、异动、离职等手续；

4. 负责新员工入职前准备工作；

5. 及时更新人事相关记录：员工档案、公司通讯录、日常考勤、员工休假、加班报销等；

6. 外来员工居住证办理事宜；外籍员工签证办理事宜；

7. 组织安排公司员工培训，公司内部活动；

8. 及时和外包公司员工沟通；

9. 处理公司其他行政事宜

岗位要求：

1. 大专以上学历，2年以上相关经验；

2. 熟练操作电脑，并熟练使用Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint等软件；

3. 英语CET-6，听说读写流利 ；

4. 性格开朗，有责任心及良好的团队合作精神。
