1、负责总经理的办公服务工作。
2、负责组织撰写或校对以公司名义上报外发的综合性的文字材料；负责组织起草总经理会议材料。
3、负责公司文秘业务指导。
4、负责公司办公会的有关事宜，并办理会议议定事项。
5、负责督促、检查、催办上级批件，公司领导批件及总经理办公会议定事项的办理工作。
6、负责办理人大代表建议、批评、意见或政协代表提案的办复。
7、协助主任做好年度工作会议的文字材料起草和会务工作，参与组织接待工作，以及综合会议的会务工作。
8、负责纪录、整理总经理办公会会议纪要。记好大事记。
9、负责文书收发、运转、检查、指导有文档工作的业务管理，负责保密工作。
10、负责群众来信、来访的接待、办复工作。
11、完成领导交办的其他工作
