Job Description

DHGate.com is looking for an innovative and experienced Marketing Manager to build an effective program to attract customers through social media channels. As part of DHGate.com’s Buyer Marketing organization, he or she will have an opportunity to make a major impact for the top B2B cross-border E-Commerce player in China. The person will be responsible to lead DHGate.com’s social marketing strategy, conduct executions for all types of Social media activities and experimentations. He or she needs to balance creativity with the technical and analytical orientation to manage product design and help engineering delivery. The successful candidate should be a skilled negotiator, an enthusiastic problem solver and hands-on leader who can drive the team with strong sense of accountabilities to achieve the top goals.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and implement paid & unpaid social media strategies to grow engaged buyer base
- Take ownership of social channel performance and adjust tactics to meet objectives
- Partner with Category Management/Seller Marketing/Mobile and other relevant function teams to create and manage content, drive active participations to keep generating traffic
- Execute social campaigns driving new customers and generating incremental sales
- Manage the organization’s various social media pages and day-to-day social media activities for, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ and YouTube.

Basic Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin languages
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
- 2+ years of demonstrated career growth in marketing , online marketing or business development
- 1+ years of experience working in the area of social networking or Experience working with Social Networks (for example Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ and YouTube.)
- Experience driving marketing strategy with an emphasis on customer data, lifetime value, and/or, cross-media optimization. Client-side experience highly desirable.
- Track record of success in metrics-driven media buying and planning (demonstrated financial results and impact)
- Team management experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Social Media Advertising experience.
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Creative thinking with excellent business sense
