Work closely with the China Sales Director in developing a regional account plan.
Develop sales goals, strategies/tactics to achieve company goals and objectives.
Direct sales planning; competitive analysis of products, selling strategies for key regional accounts and regional area with team.
Develop relationships with customer management
Drive, motivate and manage distributor to optimize business generation.
Collaborates with other regions on global business and account strategies
Manage forecast and negotiate contracts.

BSEE required
5+ years of sales experience
Ability to lead and manage distributors
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills
Ability to self-manage his/her time.
Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
Experience in test and measurement or contract manufacturing a plus
Ability to work and travel
Knowledge of the RF PHY requirements for the following wireless communications standards:
? WLAN/Bluetooth/GPS/FM/NFC
? Cellular GSM/GPRS/EDGE, EVDO/HSDPA, LTE
