Responsibilities岗位职责：
A. Be responsible for cell-based functional assays and signal pathway analysis
B. Deliver assay plan, experimental data or project updates within designated time
C. Participate meetings and discussions with clients
D. Participate new technology development to support drug discovery
1. 领导或参与细胞功能试验和信号通路的检测
2. 按时提交实验计划，数据或者实验报告
3. 参与和客户的会谈及讨论
4. 参与新技术平台的建立

Requirements岗位要求：
A. The candidate must have a master degree or above in biology or related sciences.
B. Demonstrated solid hands-on experience, with working knowledge of experimental design and data analysis
C. Familiar with cell culture, Western Blot, qPCR and stable cell line generation
D. Experience in lenti-virus packaging, FACS, high content screening and LC-MS is a plus
E. A good understanding of oncology or metabolism regulation is a plus
F. Fluent oral English is a plus
G. Strong problem solving capabilities, multi-tasking, good team-work spirit is a plus.
1. 具备生物学相关专业硕士学位或以上
2. 具有良好的实验操作技能，能独立设计实验并进行数据分析
3. 理解并熟悉常规生物实验如细胞培养,qPCR, Western Blot, 稳定细胞株的建立
4. 有慢病毒包装、流式细胞仪、高内涵筛选或质谱分析相关实验者优先考虑
5. 了解肿瘤学或者代谢学的人员优先考虑
6. 流利的英语口语者优先考虑
7. 具备良好的解决问题能力，可以同时参与多项工作并有良好的团队合作精神
