主要工作职责：
1、辅助项目总监及项目经理，做好房地产收购项目管理和对外沟通工作；
2、协助项目团队，收集整理、撰写房地产项目文档资料；
3、配合项目团队，督促并报告项目任务完成情况，协调会议并作会议记录；
4、其他项目数据收集、分析等工作。

任职资格：
1、大学本科学历，1-5年工作经验；
2、精通MS Office；
3、较强的沟通和理解能力；
4、英语良好，能够阅读并撰写初步英文资料。

We are a joint venture operation with well known American investment organization Warburg Pincus, in developing new concept service apartments in key cities in China, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, WuHan, HangZhou, and SuZhou.
