岗位职责
1、对患者进行严格、认真的检查、观察、诊疗和手术的治疗从而全方位了解患者的口腔环境；
2、与患者进行充分沟通并确认诊疗方案，认真做好一切治疗前的准备工作；
3、在治疗过程中会告知患者作业流程，适当消除患者的紧张感，以利于治疗的进一步进行；
5、按照要求严格控制治疗适应症。治疗过程中遵循相关法则，认真负责；
6、做好消毒防范，避免治疗时的交叉感染。严格监督消毒和卫生程序，进行医疗保健、口腔保健等宣传教育工作；
7、合理安排就诊时间，保证相关治疗的正常进行；
8、保持相关医疗器皿的清洁，注意医疗器具的消毒和护理，保证医疗环境的卫生；
9、进行相关医疗学术研究，对相关口腔疾病进行预防、开发新疗法；

任职要求：
1、口腔医学专业毕业，有执业资格证书；
2、名牌大学或海外教育背景者优先考虑，职称高者优先考虑；
3、高度责任感，热爱口腔医疗事业；
4、沟通能力强，善于表达，有亲和力；
5、实践操作能力优秀，临床经验丰富
