岗位基本要求：
1.初中及以上文化程度，身体健康；
2.年龄18-45岁，自备电瓶车；
3.无纹身、无犯罪前科；
4.自备安卓智能手机，对市内交通熟悉。
早班：10:30-22:30
晚班：17:00-22:30
做六休一，两周共9天早班，3天晚班，2天休息（排班休息）
综合薪资：8000-10000，多劳多得；
薪资构成：基础工资+提成+全勤奖+高温费（6-9月）+加班费+国定加班费+部门奖金（组奖金、介绍费、轮渡费、培训费）
额外福利：意外险+节日福利+体检+年会+户外拓展+带薪年假++年底红包+每日水果

主要送餐范围是上海市中心，浦西主要在静安、徐汇、黄浦、长宁、虹桥。

Sherpa's Delivery & Service Co., Ltd. is a multi-restaurant food delivery service, started by an American, Mark Secchia, in Shanghai in 1999. We work with over 400 restaurants in Shanghai, Beijing and Suzhou to deliver their food to our customers. Our Call Center is in Shanghai, and receives over 2,500 calls per day from our customers all over China. When they order, our customers choose a restaurant and then tell us the food they want. Then, Sherpa's sends a courier to the restaurant to deliver the food to the customer. We are busier on evenings and on weekends, so the work schedule reflects that. Our office and call center are in downtown Shanghai.
