工作内容：在订餐中心接听客户来电、处理客户投诉等；
任职要求：英文口语和听力良好；普通话标准且流利；细心，耐心，有一定抗压能力；勤恳踏实，服从工作安排；家住徐汇附近优先；
上班时间：排班制分早班、晚班；周休两天，每周上班时间不多于40小时；

待遇： 社保+年底红包；公司定期户外拓展、体检、年夜饭、抽奖；每天一份新鲜水果；每月品尝优秀餐厅合作伙伴的25个各国菜品等；
工资： 试用期2个月3000元左右(含饭贴)，转正后按照客服星级评定成绩和工作能力给予基本工资+提成+补贴，3500-7300元/月；

Sherpa's Delivery & Service Co., Ltd. is a multi-restaurant food delivery service, started by an American, Mark Secchia, in Shanghai in 1999. We work with over 400 restaurants in Shanghai, Beijing and Suzhou to deliver their food to our customers. Our Call Center is in Shanghai, and receives over 2,500 calls per day from our customers all over China. When they order, our customers choose a restaurant and then tell us the food they want. Then, Sherpa's sends a courier to the restaurant to deliver the food to the customer. We are busier on evenings and on weekends, so the work schedule reflects that. Our office and call center are in downtown Shanghai.
